This is an absolutely awesome card to pick up. When this card is in play, I usually try to save up and get all the nobles into my deck. Say there are 10 nobles in the supply if you pick up like 6-7 of them that will be almost 2 provinces and they aren't just victory point cards that don't do anything. You can either draw 3 more cards or get +2 Actions. If you pick up enough Nobles, you can start a Noble combo.
