Remodel + Province

This is a very sneaky thing to do and should only be done in those rare situations where there is only a few province cards left and you are sure you are leading.  Basically remodeling your province requires you to trash the current province in your hand and pick up something worth up to 10...and because there is nothing worth more than 8 in this game you basically can pick up anything which means you should probably pick up a province.  So basically what this means is you are trading in a province for another province.  What benefit does this provide?

Well it makes sure that your opponents can't pick up a province and since there is only a set number of provinces in game you are essentially giving yourself a +6 (each province you pick up is normally worth +12 because your opponents couldn't pick it up in addition to it being +6 for you).  This is a sneaky tactic as I mentioned so be sure that you are ahead and ending the game as soon as possible!
